Audible.Com + Ipod = DRM Pain

Now everytime I plug my iPod into another computer, I get prompted for an audible password for every audible file on my iPod. Grrrr!  It almost makes me want to buy physical audiobooks and burn them to MP3.

  1. DRM is evil. Strip the DRM from your files by re-recording your computer’s output mix channel with SilentBob (or similar program). Don’t forget to turn off your IM clients while doing it, though (unless you like random dings and ‘uh-oh’s intersparsed with your audiobook.
